Wildwood Management will proceed with its evaluations to determine the mines potential for development and production.

The property is located in the country of Colombia located in the intersection de la Quebrada de la veta con la quebradad Norosi in the municipality of arenal-Bolivar, morales-Bolivar. The total area extension of1017.55 hectars has potential reserves of approximately 1 million troy ounces of gold. The company has been granted a 6 month period of time to complete evaluations before committing to an investment in the gold mine operation.
